CSV imports improved: larger files, fewer duplicates, clearer results

Delivery imports now run in resumable batches, identify duplicates, and explain skipped rows so you can see what happened to your file.

Importing your delivery history should save time. We have updated Driver Watchdog’s CSV importer to address incomplete imports and duplicate records.

Keep larger imports moving

Files are processed in batches with progress saved along the way. If an import is interrupted, you can return to its saved job and continue instead of starting the whole file again.

Know what was added—and what was skipped

The results separate added deliveries, duplicates, conflicting records, invalid rows, and blank lines. A downloadable results file explains skipped rows so you can correct the source data when needed.

Duplicate checks cover existing deliveries and repeated rows within an upload. When an order appears to conflict with an existing record, the importer flags it for review rather than silently replacing your recorded pay.

Tested beyond a small sample

Before release, we tested a generated file containing 6,629 records, including 6,500 unique deliveries, duplicates, invalid entries, and blank lines. We also checked repeat uploads and recovery after an interrupted batch. These tests used synthetic data.

CSV import is available on Driver and higher plans. Open Import Data for the current template, supported formats, and your recent import results.
