1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Driver Watchdog ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Driver Watchdog is a SaaS platform that allows gig delivery drivers to log deliveries, track pay discrepancies, document tip baiting incidents, report suspected bot activity, and generate evidence reports. The Platform does not guarantee any specific outcome from submissions to third-party platforms such as Spark.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Platform to harass, dox, or harm any individual
Submit false or fabricated delivery data or reports
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with others

The Tip Bait Tracker™ is designed for documenting anonymized patterns, not for identifying or targeting individuals. Any use of the Platform to facilitate harassment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual). Your 30-day free trial begins on account creation. No credit card is required during the trial. After the trial, continued use of paid features requires a valid subscription. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.

6. Data and Privacy

Your delivery data belongs to you. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising. You may export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, trademarks, and software are the property of Hamelton Brands LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. "Tip Bait Tracker™" is a trademark of Hamelton Brands LLC.

8. Disclaimers

Driver Watchdog is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that reports generated through the Platform will result in any particular outcome from Spark or any other platform. We are not affiliated with Walmart, Inc. or the Spark Driver platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hamelton Brands LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of material changes by email.
