We collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, delivery log data, and any content you upload. We also collect standard technical data such as IP addresses and browser type for security and analytics purposes.
Your data is used exclusively to operate Driver Watchdog - to provide the Platform's features, process payments, and communicate with you. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to any third party.
Your delivery history, pay records, and earnings data are private to your account by default. You may choose to share anonymized tip baiting incidents to the community database, but sharing is always opt-in and never automatic.
The tip baiter community database contains only anonymized data - delivery zones, date ranges, partial order IDs (last 6 characters only), and tip amounts. No personally identifying information about customers is stored or shared.
Files you upload (screenshots, CSVs, receipts) are stored securely outside the public webroot with randomized filenames. CSV import files are processed and deleted. Receipt files are associated with your account only.
We use Stripe for payment processing. We never store your credit card information. See Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle payment data.
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all data - deliveries, reports, uploads, and account information - is permanently deleted. There is no recovery after account deletion.
You may export all your delivery data as CSV at any time from within the Platform. You may delete individual records or your entire account. You may update your email and personal information from account settings.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.
We use industry-standard security practices including bcrypt password hashing, CSRF protection, prepared SQL statements, and file upload validation. All production traffic is served over HTTPS.
