Does Driver Watchdog automatically read my gig apps?
The current web platform uses details you enter or import. It does not read another app’s screen or automatically capture offers. Native capture options are being researched for the mobile roadmap.
Can I batch upload deliveries?
Yes. Download the Driver Watchdog CSV template, complete the supported fields, and upload the file through Import Data. Review the imported records for accuracy. Availability depends on your plan.
Is customer information public?
Public report pages contain redacted summaries. Raw PDFs, supporting files, full order IDs, and private notes are restricted to the report owner and administrators. Avoid including customer names or addresses in community submissions.
What are delivery zones used for?
Zones organize local forums, report-map filtering, and relevant notifications. Enter each zone as City, ST in your account settings.
Does a pay difference prove misconduct?
No. A difference is a reason to review the payment and supporting details. Adjustments, timing, and other factors may affect a payout. Driver Watchdog does not establish intent or independently verify suspected activity.
Can Driver Watchdog recover missing pay?
The platform helps organize documentation and prepare reports for follow-up. It does not guarantee reimbursement or replace the platform’s official support process.
Can I export records?
Available plans support delivery CSV exports and PDF reports. Compare the pricing page for the tools included with each plan.
Is the native app available?
Native iOS development is beginning, with Android planned after the iOS release. The web platform is available in your phone’s browser today.
What mileage tools are available?
You can enter mileage with delivery records today. Expanded mileage capture and profit tracking are planned for future development.
Is Driver Watchdog affiliated with Spark or Walmart?
No. Driver Watchdog is an independent product from Hamelton Software.
