Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your free Pro trial begins when you register, with no card required. When it ends, basic Free access remains. Paid subscriptions require billing details.
What happens when my trial ends?
Review the plans in Billing before your trial ends. Access to paid tools depends on your subscription; the Free plan has the limits shown above.
Can I cancel anytime?
You can manage your subscription through Billing in your account. Cancellation takes effect according to your current billing period.
What's the difference between Pro and Elite?
Pro covers everything most Spark drivers need: unlimited logging, Tip Bait Tracker™, PDF reports, and the community database. Elite includes the tools listed in its plan. Items marked coming soon are planned and are not available today.
Is my delivery data private?
Your delivery records are private to your account. Community sharing and public report summaries are separate choices. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Can I import my existing Spark history?
Plans with CSV import let you upload a compatible file or use the Driver Watchdog delivery template. Check the supported fields and review your records after import.
Does Driver Watchdog work with DoorDash or Instacart?
You can manually record deliveries for Spark, DoorDash, Uber Eats, Instacart, Amazon Flex and Other. Elite compares those recorded results. Automatic connections to gig platforms are not available.
What if I find a discrepancy - can Driver Watchdog recover my money?
Driver Watchdog organizes records and prepares reports for official support follow-up. It does not guarantee reimbursement or establish why a payment changed.
